Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

· * Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
· * Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather.
Domestic Shipping:
We ship to all states in the U.S. and offer the following shipping options:
* Free shipping on all orders over $500
· * Flat-rate standard shipping fee of $12.00 for orders under $500
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.
Missing or Delayed Packages:
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at (inesmsantos@gmail.com) so we can assist you. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Damages:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the package with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
